<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold capable of smoothly assembling a core and capable of manufacturing a product of high quality, and a molding method. <P>SOLUTION: In the mold, at least a first mold 10 is equipped with the core 11 having a cavity surface Ca on its one end side, a main body part 13 having an insertion part 12 in which the core 11 is inserted and the core fixing member 14 interposed between the core 11 and the insertion part 12 to hold the core 11.
