PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a device from getting large-sized, while restraining damage of a wiring board due to an operation load. SOLUTION: A press-fit slope 17 capable of rotating together with a lever 3 around a rotating axis of the lever 3 and slanted toward the rotation direction of the lever 3 and a pressing face 19 fitted along the rotation direction of the lever 3 are provided at a lever 3 side, a pressing direction of a rubber contact 21 is arranged in a direction along the rotation axis of the lever, and a pushing rod 29 is made opposed to the press-fit slope 17 for press-fitting the rubber contact 21, so that the press-fit slope 17 is pressed and moved toward the pushing rod 29 by the rotating movement of the lever 3 to have a movable contact point of the rubber contact 21 in pressing contact with a fixed contact point of a wiring board 23, which can further be shifted from pressing by the press-fit slope 17 to pressing by the pressing face 19.
