PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a level shift circuit in which a DC voltage level of a logic signal is fixed and conversion is performed at high speed. SOLUTION: The present invention is characterized by providing: a capacitor which inputs the logic signal from one end and outputs the logic signal from the other end; a low speed level shift part the input terminal of which is connected to one end of the capacitor and which performs voltage level shifting of the logic signal at low speed in comparison with the capacitor side and a resistor one end of which is connected to an output end of the low speed level shift part and the other end of which is connected to the other end of the capacitor.
