PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch among plurality of modes such as a company and a home and change various setting corresponding to the modes without being conscious of them by a user. SOLUTION: A communication terminal device has: a setting information holding means for holding setting information by each of various modes; a base station information acquisition means for acquiring base station information of a radio base station to which a link is established; a base station information holding means for holding preliminarily specified registered base station information; a mode judgment means for judging the mode by comparing whether or not the registered base station information is identical with the base station information acquired by the base station information acquisition means; and a setting means for performing various setting of the communication terminal, wherein the setting means performs setting by acquiring setting information according to the mode judged by the mode judgment means from the setting information holding means.
