I/V CONVERSION CIRCUIT AND DA CONVERTER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stable center voltage even when variation occurs in output current of a DA converter current source. SOLUTION: This I/V conversion is equipped with: first DA converter current sources 1-1, 1-2 to 1-n which turn the output current on/off by a decoded value of a first decoder 100; a load resistor 101 which performs voltage conversion of the output current; a first offset resistor 102 which performs level shift of voltage of the load resistor 101 by receiving first offset current I1 of a first current path; second DA converter current sources 2-1 to 2-n which turn the output current on/off by a decoded value of a second decoder 200; a load resistor 201 which performs voltage conversion of the output current; a second offset resistor which performs level shift of voltage of the load resistor 201 by receiving second offset current I2 of a second current path; a voltage comparison circuit 300 which compares level shift voltage with reference voltage to change output voltage and first and second current mirror circuits 401, 402 which change amount of current of the first and second offset current I1, I2 by the output voltage.
