PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric device capable of reducing its impedance by reducing inductance. SOLUTION: Conductor plates 11, 12, 21 to 23 are formed respectively on the principal surfaces of stacked dielectric layers 1 to 5. Side anode electrodes 10A, 10B are connected to the conductor plates 11, 12, while side cathode electrodes 20A, 20B, 20C, 20D are connected to the conductor plates 21 to 23. Anode electrode 10C, 10D are connected respectively to the side anode electrodes 10A, 10B. A cathode electrode 20E is connected to the side cathode electrodes 20A, 20B, while a cathode electrode 20F is connected to the side electrodes 20C, 20D. The direction of the currents flowing through the conductor plates 11, 12 and that of the currents flowing through the conductor plates 21 to 23 are mutually opposite. The length in the direction along which the current flows in the overlapping part of the conductor plates 11, 12 and the conductor plate 21 to 23 is set not shorter than the spacing normal to the direction along which the current flows.
