PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for surely preventing generation of collision sound of a movable iron core and a fixed iron core without provision of a member such as sound absorbing rubber and freely controlling sliding velocity and stop position of the movable iron core. SOLUTION: On the occasion of exciting a solenoid coil including a permanent magnet, a bobbin having a through-hole, a coil wound to the external circumference of the bobbin, and an iron core inserted into the through-hole by supplying a current; a current of a first direction to form a magnetic path in the same direction as a magnetic field generated by the permanent magnet itself in the circumference of the iron core, and a current of a second direction opposing to the first direction, are supplied while these currents are alternately changed over.
