PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a thin and long light emitting display part whose brightness is made uniform illuminate more brightly without increasing the number of light emitting diodes. SOLUTION: A light emitting display structure 20 has a holder 21, light guiding members 60 to 63, and a light emitting diode 71, and further has light guiding passages 60 to 63. The holder 21 encloses and holds the light guiding member 40. The light guiding member 40 guides the light from the light emitting diode 71 to the light emitting display part 23. The light guiding passages 60 to 63 are gaps formed between the holder 21 and light guiding member 40 and disposed side by side with the light guiding member 40, and guide the light from the light emitting diode 71 to nearby the light emitting display part 43 without attenuation. The light guided to the light guiding passages 60 to 63 enters the light guiding member 40 halfway to be emitted from the light emitting display part 43. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
