PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyvinyl chloride resin composition affording a stretch film suitable for packaging foods that is thin, exhibits excellent packaging aptitude and gives a small amount of n-heptane extracts, and a stretch film using the same. SOLUTION: The vinyl chloride resin composition comprises: a polymer component consisting of (A) 10-90 pts.mass of a vinyl chloride copolymer that has graft-copolymerized 5-50 mass% of an acrylic polymer having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of -100 to 0°C and has a polymerization degree in its vinyl chloride portion of 600-1,500 and (B) 90-10 pts.mass of a vinyl chloride resin, the total amount of (A) and (B) being 100 pts.mass; (C) 5-30 pts.mass of an adipic ester plasticizer and/or a polyester plasticizer; and (D) 1-15 pts.mass of an epoxy plasticizer.
