PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent lubricating oil from intruding into a revolution scroll side across a bulkhead in a housing. SOLUTION: An insertion through hole 36 of the bulkhead 20 of larger diameter than a revolution shaft 17 through which the revolution shaft 17 passes is provided concentrically with a drive shaft 21. A block disk 37 having roughly equal diameter to the insertion through hole 36 is fitted in the insertion through hole in such a manner that the same can relatively rotate. The revolution shaft 17 is fitted in an eccentric hole 38 bored on the block disk 37 in such a manner that the same can relatively rotate. The fitting part of the block disk 37 and the insertion through hole 36 and the fitting part of the revolution shaft 17 and the eccentric hole 38 are sealed by a seal member 41.
