PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete waterway joint part water shut off structure superior in water leakage preventive performance, and without causing a crack from a joint part, for performing construction work even in a state of including moisture in a backing, by water shut-off repairing the joint part without removing an existing sealing material. SOLUTION: This water shut off structure of a concrete waterway joint part stops water leakage from the joint part 2 of mutual waterway members 1 of a waterway formed by arranging a plurality of concrete waterway members in the longitudinal direction, and is formed by layering and arranging an adhesive layer 3 composed of at least cement and a resin emulsion, a waterproof sheet 4 and a surface layer 5 composed of at least cement and a resin emulsion in this order on the periphery including the joint part 2 of an inner surface of the waterway members 1.
