PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cutoff structure for a concrete product connection section which achieves the absorption of displacement and secures water cutoff performance, and contributes to the alleviation of a burden of transportation work in a construction field, the simplification of construction work, and the reduction of construction cost. SOLUTION: One concrete product 1a has an elastic joint member 10 embedded therein beforehand in a manner of protruding from the connection-side end face of a main body 9a. On the other hand, the other concrete product 1b has a groove 40 formed on the a connection-side end face of a main body 9b beforehand into which the elastic joint member 10 is inserted, and has a fastening member 41 embedded in a connection-side end area of the main body 9b beforehand, for pressing and fastening the elastic joint member 10 to the wall surface of the groove 40. Then the elastic joint member 10 is inserted into the groove 40 and fastened by the fastening member 41 in the construction field, and in this manner, a pair of the concrete products 1a, 1b are connected to each other to exert water cutoff performance.
