PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite board by which load to the environment can be reduced by using a material originating from plants as a constituent material and to provide a manufacturing method of the same excellent in sucking and conveying property and adhesiveness with a decoration board when manufacturing a game machine member, furniture or others. SOLUTION: The composite board according to the present invention is a fibrous board including a natural fiber and a polylactic acid resin and containing 90 to 30 weight% of the natural fiber based on the whole weight and 10 to 70 weight% of the polylactic acid resin based on the whole weight and is characterized by that paper is laminated on the surface of the fibrous board and the paper and the fibrous board is integrated by being bonded by the polylactic acid resin.
