PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pull-in device of a moving-side member which is manufactured inexpensively with simple structure, and wherein a pull-in function is provided between the moving-side member and a fixed-side member without regard to the structure of a slide rail, a satisfactory housing feeling and a pull-out feeling are obtained simply and it is easy to select a pull-in feeling and pull-in force according to a using place. SOLUTION: The device is composed of: a pull-in force adding member 5 fitted to either side of a fixed-side member and a moving-side member; and a pull-in force passive member 7 fitted to the other side corresponding to the pull-in force adding member 5. The pull-in force adding member 5 has a pressure contact mechanism 54 which are partially and elastically in pressure contact with the pull-in force passive member 7 when the moving-side member approaches a final prescribed position with respect to the fixed-side member. The pull-in force passive member 7 has a guiding slope 72 which changes pressure contact force of the pressure contact mechanism 54 to the pull-in force in a direction of making the moving-side member to be at a final prescribed position with respect to the fixed-side member.
