PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat device which enables a sitting occupant to easily operate devices loaded on a vehicle without being limited by a side support. SOLUTION: In the vehicle seat device 10, in the case of deciding that it is the situation that an on-vehicle device 32 is operated by the sitting occupant (for instance, an input standby state when the on-vehicle device 32 is a navigation device) (step S4:YES), the constraint degree to the sitting occupant of a movable side support part 26 is reduced (step 5).
