The system has an energy transfer medium with a temperature level lower than a room temperature. An energy distribution system (2) is provided for heating a building, and is provided with a non-freezing liquid e.g. brine, as energy transfer medium. The energy distribution system is operated with a temperature level lower than the room temperature. Distributed water pumps (9) are attached to the heating system, where the water pumps raise energy level on room temperature. Energy suppliers (4-7) with a high temperature are attached to the heating system.
