The arrangement has a horizontally extending base plate (12), and a circumferential wall (14) extending in a perpendicular direction and rooted on the plate, where base of the wall is on the plate. A circumferential drainage pipeline (18) is formed as a detector for detecting liquid discharged from a container. The pipeline is arranged on an upper side of the plate and extends perpendicularly to the wall. The pipeline is designed as a ring drainage, and has an inspection manhole. The upper side of the plate is formed with a circular bar (16) surrounding the outer side of the wall.
