A loess roaster with airing holes and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to readily transmit heat of a heating unit by enabling smooth air flow to a heating tool, thereby directly and evenly roasting meat. A method of manufacturing a loess roaster with airing holes includes the steps of: pre-treating loess powder by selecting the powder having a particle size of 0.5 to 1.5mm; inserting the loess powder into a press-forming part and press-forming the loess powder to form a loess roaster plate having a plurality of airing holes; inserting the loess roaster plate having the plurality of airing holes into a conventional dry furnace and slowly drying the loess roaster plate at a temperature of 8 to 10 degrees of centigrade for 7 to 9 hours; plasticizing the loess roaster plate by heating the plate to 750 degrees of centigrade and then lowering to 400 degrees of centigrade; and naturally cooling the plate to a normal temperature. |
