摘要 An armature core and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the weight of an electrical motor due to having armature core composed of light plastic material. An armature core(100) includes a serration member(102) and a core body(101). A bore, to which a rotation shaft(200) is integrated, is formed at a center portion of the serration member. The rotation shaft is fixed in the bore. Plural protruded members, which are protruded toward a radius direction, are formed around an outer periphery, such that the protruded members are elongated in a length direction. The core body is formed on the outer periphery of the serration member by using an injection molding process using a plastic member containing conductive materials. The core body is formed in a pillar-like shape. Plural coil containing grooves are formed along a peripheral direction around the rotation shaft.
