<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that, in a railed bed, when setting or detaching a bed table such as a conventional bed over table type and a type mounted on the upper part of a rail, a user is required to move and carry it to a table storage place and to secure its storage place, which are disadvantages and lack in the convenience from the side of receiving the care in particular, a height adjustment according to the body height of a user is positioned outside the rails in the conventional table and it is difficult for the user to adjust it easily. <P>SOLUTION: This railed bed for the care and the child is provided with the table having functions such as folding storage and the height adjustment, to the rail part for eating/drinking and reading.
