<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent display capable of preventing the phenomenon of Newton's ring, when sealing a substrate and a sealing substrate, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent display comprises a substrate 200 that includes an organic electroluminescent element 210, a sealing substrate 220 to seal the substrate 200, and a sealing agent 230 for sealing the substrate 200 and the sealing substrate 220.
