<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal equipment which is miniaturized and whose circuit board protection is enhanced. <P>SOLUTION: The portable terminal equipment has a circuit board mounted with electronic parts, a cover protecting the circuit board, and a case accommodating the circuit board and the cover. The cover covers at least one board surface and at least parts of the both sides of the circuit board.
