PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film for a magnetic wave shield mesh which prevents the formation of a flaw (transfer trace) on the surface of a plastic sheet, even when subjected to respective processes while being transferred with a conveyance roll, and to provide a manufacturing method for the magnetic wave shield mesh. SOLUTION: A material 50 is made by laminating a metal foil 13 on a transparent plastic sheet 1 via an adhesive 2, and the material 50 is laminated on both faces of a delaminating film 40 which is made by forming an adhesive layer 42 on both faces of a base material film 41, in such a way that the plastic sheets 1 of the materials 50 face the adhesive layers 42 of the delaminating film 40, respectively, to form the film for the magnetic wave shield mesh. The adhesive layers 42 lose their adhesion when irradiated with UV-rays. Both faces of the film for the magnetic wave shield mesh are subjected simultaneously to respective processes to delaminate the materials 50 from the adhesive layers 42 on both faces of the delamination film 40 to form the magnetic wave shield mesh 10.
