PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to know simply and accurately the intrinsic information such as the information on a quality, when measuring a sensing object substance in a fluid by using a quartz sensor (or a detecting sensor) adopting a quarts oscillator having its intrinsic frequency varied upon adsorption of the sensing object substance. SOLUTION: The quartz sensor is provided with an IC chip storing information intrinsic to the quartz sensor, so that the intrinsic information can be read out and displayed on the concentration measuring device side when the quartz sensor is inserted into the concentration measuring device. The intrinsic information is, for example, information for guaranteeing the quality, as exemplified by a manufacturing maker, a manufacture number, a manufacture date and a quality guaranteeing period. The intrinsic information may be further exemplified by the sensing object substance to be sensed by the quartz sensor or a concentration specification of the sensing object.
