PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp the advance degree of a keratonosis disease in its early stages, by analyzing the sugar chain of the skin in the keratonosis disease, concretely normal psoriasis diagnosis, ichthyosis or ichthyosis like percutaneous disease or a preparatory group thereof, in its turn, to provide useful data in the diagnosis and/or medical treatment of the keratonosis disease. SOLUTION: Changes in the sugar chain of glycoprotein of the skin are analyzed for morbid changes in the keratonosis disease detected in its early stages to contribute by large amount to the medical treatment of the keratonosis disease or the development of a new drug.
