PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting transistor element in which current control between an anode and a cathode has been facilitated in a vertical type organic light-emitting transistor element. SOLUTION: This is the field-effect organic light-emitting transistor element which has an organic EL element structure and a vertical type PET structure, and which is constituted so as to have at least a substrate 1, a first electrode 4 installed on the substrate 1, laminated structures 8 obtained by installing insulating layers 3 composed of a prescribed size on the first substrate 4, auxiliary electrodes 2, and charge injection suppressing layers 5 in this order, an organic EL layer 6 installed above the first electrode 4 on which the laminated structures 8 are not installed so as to cover the first electrode 4 and the laminated structures 8, and a second electrode 7 installed on that organic EL layer 6.
