PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a front decoration part to a fixed or released state to be rotatable while maintaining the function of rotating a blade part of a windmill in a pachinko game machine. SOLUTION: The windmill is provided with a release means which enables the releasing of the fixation of spindles 23b and 43 of the front decoration plates 23 and 42 on a windmill mounting base 21, and a switching control means for controlling the switch between the fixed position and the fixation releasing position. The fixation of the spindles 23b and 43 is released under the prescribed conditions to make their rotation ready together with windmill bodies 22 and 41. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
