An apparatus and a method for manufacturing oxygen water are provided to maintain a substantially high level of DO(Dissolved Oxygen) for a long time, by effectively dissolving oxygen in drinking water. An apparatus for manufacturing oxygen water comprises a heating unit(32) and a gas supplying unit(40). The heating unit heats water supplied from an external water source to a predetermined temperature. The gas supplying unit inputs gas into the heated water while the heated water is cooled. The heating unit heats the supplied water to a temperature of 100°C. The apparatus further comprises a cooling unit for cooling the heated water to a predetermined temperature. |
