In a pneumatic conveyor device for particulate or dust material, comprising a conveying tube connected to a fluidizing gas source, fluidizing elements in the form of fabric layers through which the gas flows and material supply devices, the fabric layers consist of two or more sintered and rolled metal wire fabric layers (30), the wires of which (at least in the uppermost, outer layer) are turned over or bent aside to form flow channels (34) inclined to the conveying direction. A pneumatic device for conveying particulate or dust material in a horizontal, rising and/or falling direction comprises a conveying tube (CT); a fluidizing gas (FG) source with connecting lines to the conveying tube; FG supply devices at the front side of the CT, to supply FG in the conveying direction; FG supply devices at the base of the CT; fluidizing elements in the form of fabric layers, through which FG flows from the base of the CT; and loose material supply devices, opening into the upper side of the CT. The novel feature is that the fabric layers are formed from two or more sintered and rolled metal wire fabric layers (30), the wires of which (at least in the uppermost, outer layer) are turned over or bent aside to form flow channels (34) inclined to the conveying direction. |
