Provided are a method for preparing a liquid transparent colloid soap composition, and a liquid transparent colloid soap composition prepared by the method which shows an excellent cleaning power by Brownian motion. A method comprises the steps of mixing 40-60 parts by weight of a condensate of a vegetable oil comprising a cottonseed oil, an olive oil or a soybean oil and an alkanolamine, 40-50 parts by weight of glycerin as a polyvalent alcohol, 1-3 parts by weight of a polycarbonic acid as dispersant, and 0.5-3 parts by weight of a hard water softening agent; homogenizing the mixture in a homogenizer at a temperature of 50-70 deg.C and at a pressure of 100-150 kg/cm^2; and cooling and stirring it to 40 deg.C or less to obtain a composition of sol state having a particle size of 200-500 nm. |
