An MP3(MPEG(Moving Picture Experts Group) layer 3) player is provided to prevent a cap for protecting a computer connecting terminal of the MP3 player from being easily lost by combining a combining member of a board shape to the cap by a key insertion type. A computer connecting terminal(11) is formed in an one-side end of a body(10) of an MP3 player. The MP3 player includes a cap(20) for protecting the computer connecting terminal(11). A projection(12) or a receiving groove is formed on or in a certain part of the body(10). A through hole(22) is formed in the cap(20) in a longitudinal direction of the body(10). Holes(31,32) are formed in both-side ends of a longitudinal direction of a combining member(30). A hole is formed in an one-side end of the longitudinal direction of the combining member(30), and a projection is formed in the other-side end of the combining member(30). The hole(32) or the projection of the combining member(30) is combined to the projection(12) or the receiving groove of the body(10). The other-side end of the combining member(30) passes through the through hole(22) of the cap(20) to expose the hole(31). A string(38) or a clip(39) is connected to the hole(31).
