A steering column structure having a collapse guide is provided to improve safety of a vehicle driver upon accident by allowing a steering column to be collapsed in an axial direction of the steering column. A steering column structure comprises an outer tube(30) and an inner tube(40). A guide plate(60) is installed at an upper portion of a steering column(100). The guide plate is integrally formed with the outer tube and the inner tube. A curling guide is installed at an upper portion of the outer tube corresponding to a lower portion of the guide plate. A curling plate(83) extends from the curling guide. A distance bracket is disposed at a lower portion of the curling guide. The guide plate includes an upper guide plate provided at an upper portion of the outer tube and a lower guide plate extending from a lower portion of the upper guide plate.
