A vibration reduction type oil pan unit is provided to prevent the vibration noise of an engine from being transferred to an oil pan by engaging a plate with a cylinder block. A vibration reduction type oil pan unit includes an oil pan(20), a rubber gasket(30), and a plate(40). The oil pan storing oil is attached to a lower portion of the cylinder block. The rubber gasket is integrally formed on an upper end of the oil pan in order to prevent oil leakage between the cylinder block and the oil pan. The plate, in which a plurality of engagement holes(41) is formed, is integrally formed on the rubber gasket and coupled to the cylinder block by a bolt(42).
