Provided is an organic-inorganic composite photosensitive resin composition which is superior in coatability and flatness and is capable of controlling a dielectric constant thereof according to the product characteristics when manufacturing an insulating layer of liquid crystal display. An organic-inorganic composite photosensitive resin composition comprises (a) a metal compound dispersion, (b) an acrylic copolymer obtained by copolymerizing (i) unsaturated carboxylic acid, unsaturated carboxylic anhydride, or a mixture thereof, and (ii) at least one acrylic unsaturated compound, (c) a photo-initiator, (d) a multi-functional monomer having an ethylenically unsaturated bond, and (e) a silicon-based compound containing an epoxy group or amine group.
