Signalling Call Anchor Information

Method of signalling information between a mobile terminal and a serving network element of a mobile communications network, wherein the network element transmits information to the mobile terminal if a voice call is anchored in the IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) domain. It is useful for a mobile terminal to know whether a specific call is anchored to (for example) determine whether or not to initiate handover, or transfer between Circuit Switched (CS) and IMS domain.
