<p>The circuit configuration has debit or identity card function which consists of first circuit (14), which has a first memory with a first area (44), in which data of a first key (82) are stored and with second area (46), in which data of a second key (80) are stored. The circuit has a first safety logic unit for encoding a message on the basis of the data of first or second key. The second circuit (16) has a second memory with a third area, in which data of the first key are stored, and with a fourth area (48), in which arbitrary data are stored. A first logic unit (60) is connected with the second circuit. An input or output unit (18) is connected with the second logic unit (64) and the logically linked encoded message can be determined from this received to this terminal.
