A display device is provided to overlap a delay compensation pattern with at least a portion of fan-out lines, thereby enhancing the display quality. A lower substrate includes a display area having plural pixel members arrayed horizontally and vertically. A peripheral area is formed at the edge of the display area. The horizontal length of the plural pixel members is longer than the vertical length thereof. A driving chip includes plural signal output terminals for outputting a driving signal and is formed at the peripheral area. Plural fan-out lines(110) are connected with plural signal output terminals respectively. The first delay compensation pattern(125) is separated with a constant distance from the plural fan-out lines. An upper substrate is combined with the lower substrate and has a common electrode layer. Plural transmission gates include plural transistors and transistor control lines and transmit the signal transmitted from the fan-out line to plural data lines. |
