MMS generator and voice communication method

The method involves transferring and digital buffering of voice message (42) of calling (14) by units in mobile network (10). The Multimedia Message Service (MMS) generator (30) generates Multimedia Message Service (36) with appropriate audio data from redundant buffered voice message (32), and relay at Multimedia Message Service Centre (38). The Multimedia Message Service Center forward Multimedia Message Service to mobile station (20). The Multimedia Message Service generator generates a voice message as Multimedia Message Service, if assigned mailbox (24) of called mobile subscriber (18) is inactively switched. An INDEPENDENMT CLAIM is also included for a Multimedia Message Service generator for a mobile network comprises a control unit, which activates the Multimedia Message Service generator, to generate a voice message as Multimedia Message Service.
