Method for drying juice

The drying of orange juice or vegetable juice, comprises extracting a part of water contained in the juice and continuously fluidized bed drying of the juice by spouted bed process to receive 100 wt% of dried product from the juice. The juice shows 1.0 wt % of fructose content. Independent claims are included for: (1) dried product; and (2) procedure for manufacturing of drinks.
