An apparatus and a method for manufacturing a multiple pipe are provided to prevent damage to a resin film serving as an outer coating by concentrating compressed air injected from nozzles of a nozzle unit to recesses formed by a plurality of tubular bodies. An apparatus for manufacturing a multiple pipe includes tubular body supply units for supplying a plurality of tubular bodies(12,14,16) to be assembled into a single unit; an extruder(30) for melting and extruding a resin material; an extrusion head(31) connected to an extrusion end of the extruder, and having a passage(32) for passage of the tubular bodies and an extrusion slit(34) formed along the circumference of the passage so as to discharge the molten resin material; a nozzle unit(40) arranged subsequently to the extrusion head and injecting compressed air or water in order to make a resin film output from the extrusion head tightly contact the tubular bodies; and a cooling unit arranged subsequently to the nozzle unit so as to cool a multiple pipe coated with the resin film. The nozzle unit includes a plurality of nozzles(42,44), and at least a part of the nozzles injects compressed air to recesses formed by the assembly of tubular bodies.
