PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively communicate feedback information of opinions and inquiries relating a model case in proceeding work while referring to the model case. SOLUTION: A person in charge of development specifies the point aimed in the model case as a point of view from the terminal 40 of the development division. The information on the point aimed is registered with the case corresponding information management division 20. If an on-site person in charge, when proceeding his work while referring to the model case with a terminal 30 of the on-site department, has a question or an opinion, the person specifies the part which is the object of the inquiry or the opinion in the indicated information of the model case as a difference point, and inputs the contents of the question or the opinion. The case corresponding information management division 20 having received these information supplies the information such as question or opinion to a person in charge of development who has registered the same or nearly the same point aimed. |
