A pixel electrode array is connected with a switching device and includes pixel electrodes driven by the switching device and arrayed with a matrix shape. Plural gate lines(22) are arrayed between the pixel electrodes and both sides of the pixel electrode array toward the row direction of the pixel electrode array. Plural data lines(62) are arrayed between pixel electrodes toward the column direction of the pixel electrode array. A switching device of the neighbor pixel electrode in the same row is controlled by the gate line of adjacent another row. The data lines are arrayed at a side of the pixel electrode array toward the column direction of the pixel electrode array. The pixel electrode array is an m x n matrix shape. The number of gate lines is m+1 and the number of data lines is n.
