A dead bolt-type electromagnet door lock is provided to secure a compact design by fitting an operating unit, a magnetic sensor, and a limit switch in a housing, and to improve the exterior shape by clearly arranging power leader lines. In a dead bolt-type electromagnet door lock, a door plate(100) is fixed to a door and composed of a mounting plate(110) to which a permanent magnet(111) is inserted, and a ring unit(120) vertically protruded in the center of the mounting plate and provided with a dead bolt insertion hole(121). A pipe-shaped housing(200) has power line drawing holes(210) formed at both sides of one surface; an insertion groove(220) longitudinally formed to make the drawing holes communicate with each other; and an insertion unit(230) formed at one side of the opposite surface and perforated through the inside to receive the ring unit of the door plate. An operating unit is composed of a solenoid(310) contained in the housing and driven according to an electric signal; a shaft(320) operated back and forth according to the driving of the solenoid; a middle block(330) positioned in the front side of the shaft and formed with a dead bolt guide hole(331) in the center; a dead bolt(340) inserted into the dead bolt guide hole, protruded to the insertion unit of the housing according to the operation of the shaft, and contained in the dead bolt guide hole; and a spring(350) fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the dead bolt to supply return power. A limit switch(400) is disposed in the rear side of the shaft to detect the movement of the operating piece. A first side finishing block(500) covers one end of the housing and has a magnetic sensor receiving groove(510). A magnetic sensor(600) is installed in the magnetic receiving groove of the first side finishing block to check whether the door is opened or closed through the permanent magnet of the door plate. A second side finishing block(700) covers the other end of the housing.
