A system and a method for optimizing an interface load are provided to efficiently interface the systems by enabling a transmission side system to store unit messages to a hash map and transmit the hash map, and enabling a receiving side system to store the unit messages generated based on the received messages to the hash map and transmit the hash map. The transmission side system(100) generates hash values by hashing the unit messages, forms the hash map for each data property by hashing/mapping the hash values, and transmits an object file generated by compiling the hash maps to a destination. The receiving side system(200) receives/parses the object file and generates a result message corresponding to each unit message based on the parsed data. The receiving side system generates the object file by compiling the hash maps, which are formed by hashing and mapping the result messages, and transmits the object file to the transmission side system.
