<p>A method for partially coating cracks of a vehicle is provided to minimize a partially coated part by performing partial coating after polishing the correspondent part. A method for partially coating cracks(12) of a vehicle comprises the steps of: polishing the entire panel including a damaged part in a coating film state of the new vehicle and then washing off dregs of a brightener by using a neutral detergent; polishing a part to be coated with a primer(13) and a part to be coated with new color paint(14) by using a sand paper of #1000, after removing the cracks; polishing a part to be coated with transparent paint(15), by a sand paper of #1500; applying the primer on the crack removed part; shielding the crack part by firstly applying the mixture produced by mixing the color paint and a diluent at the rate of 1:1, on the crack, secondly coating the edge of the firstly coated part with the mixture produced by mixing the paint and the diluent used for first application at the rate of 1:1, and coating the edge of the secondly coated part with the mixture produced by mixing the paint and the diluent used for second application at the rate of 1:1; and forming a transparent coating film by applying the transparent paint on the part coated with the color paint, 2~3 times, applying the mixture produced by adding the diluent of 100% to the paint used for first application, on the firstly coated edge 1~2 times, and applying the mixture produced by adding the diluent of 100% to the paint used for second application, on the secondly coated edge and a part polished by the sand paper of #1500 1~2 times.</p> |
