A method and a system for providing an STS over the mobile network are provided to prevent crimes and facilitate chase/arrest of criminal by automatically receiving information for a secured-taxi from a GPS function of a mobile terminal, tracing a moving route based on the received information, and forcibly extracting and storing a mobile number of an STS taxi or other mobile terminal users. Each user uses the STS by registering the mobile terminal(241) embedded with the GPS function to the STS of a mobile telecommunication company. Each mobile telecommunication company(230) provides the STS to the users by installing an STS server(231). Each STS taxi operator(250) registers the STS taxi by attaching the mobile terminal embedded with a GPS receiver and a voice recognition function to a conventional taxi, and operates the STS taxis(261-26x). An STS provider(210) constructs, integrates, and operates an STS integration system(211) connecting the mobile telecommunication companies, the STS operators, and the policy network(220) to effectively realize an STS function. |
