PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly realize the control in an air conditioner to achieve the air conditioning using a plurality of user side heat exchangers. SOLUTION: An air conditioner is provided with heat exchange temperature sensors 36, 37 to detect the temperature of each user side heat exchanger, and a controller 33 to control the operation of a compressor based on the output of the heat exchange temperature sensors 36, 37, the controller 33 performs the freezing-preventive control to limit or stop the operation of the compressor when the temperature of the user side heat exchanger is dropped below a specified value in a cooling mode or a dry operating mode, and the freezing- preventive control is performed based on the output of the heat exchange temperature sensors 36, 37 to detect the lowest temperature. |
