A rubber cap mounting structure of an outer handle cable is provided to prevent the outer handle cable from being frozen by die-casting a wire part exposed between a rubber cap and a hammer, thereby smoothly opening/closing a door by an outer handle. A rubber cap mounting structure of an outer handle cable includes a hammer(540), a wire cover portion(550), and a rubber cap(560). The hammer is inserted into an outer handle lever to connect the outer handle cable(500) to the outer handle lever. The wire cover portion sticks to a lower portion of the hammer in order to prevent water from being introduced in a wire(510) exposed to the lower portion of the hammer. The rubber cap is engaged with a lower portion of the wire cover portion to cover the end portion of the outer handle cable. The rubber cap includes an inclined portion and a vertical portion. The inclined portion is inclined from the wire cover portion to a lower side. The vertical portion is vertically extended from the inclined portion.
