A receptacle box for an apartment house and a building is provided to connect to a wire cable in all directions, prevent the inflow of mortar, be conducted in a mortar surface by being rotated and connected in a body of the receptacle box and being rotated and moved to front and rear sides in case of necessity, more quickly and strongly perform a fixing work of the receptacle box, and be easier in assemblage, installation, maintenance, and management. A receptacle box body(10) is a case in which an opening part(11) having an internal-side screw part(11a) is formed in a front. Connecting holes(12) in which wires(16,16a) are led are formed in four side directions of the receptacle box body(10). Connecting tubes having the wires(16,16a) are combined to the connecting holes(12) by connecting caps(14). The wires(16,16a) of the connecting tubes are led in the receptacle box body(10) through a leading-in hole of a body rear side. A front end of the wires(16,16a) is inserted and fixed into a coupling hole(17b) of an internal side of separation coupling screws(17,17a). The connecting holes(12) in which the wires(16,16a) are not led are tightly covered by airtight covers(14a) by using the connecting caps(14). A receptacle cover(20) is a cylindrical tube body having an external-side screw part(21) engaged with the internal-side screw part(11a) of the opening part(11) of the receptacle box body(10). A plurality of receptacle insertion grooves having terminal grooves into which conductive terminals of a plug are inserted is formed in a front side of the receptacle cover(20). A rotating groove is formed at a central side of a body rear. Plus and minus terminal ring projection parts conducted with the terminal grooves are formed at an internal side of the rotating groove. A rotary connection tube(30) is a circular plate rotatably fixed to a coupling ring inserted and engaged into the rotating groove of the receptacle cover(20). Plus and minus terminal connecting plates contacted and conducted with the plus and minus terminal ring projection parts are formed in a front of the rotary connection tube(30). Coupling tubes(33,34) to which the separation coupling screws(17,17a) are coupled and fixed are formed in a rear of the rotary connection tube(30). The coupling tubes(33,34) are conducted and connected with the plus and minus connecting plates and are rotated and fixed in the rotating groove.
