Provided is a fuel cell system to reduce simply the noise continuously generated by an air supply part which is operated continuously, by using a muffler. The fuel cell system comprises an air supply part which supplies air; an electricity generation part which generates electricity by the electrochemical reaction of the air and fuel; and a muffler(150) which is installed at the one end of the air supply part and comprises a direct pipe(151) and an indirect pipe(152) having different length. Preferably the both ends of the direct pipe is connected with the both ends of the indirect pipe. Preferably the length of the direct pipe is shorter than that of the indirect pipe, and the indirect pipe is wound on the circumference of the direct pipe.
